Do I need to already have an E-2 visa to work with you?+
No. Most clients come to us before applying. We build the investor-ready business plan, structure the U.S. entity, source the opportunity and coordinate the immigration attorney — so your file is solid the day it's filed.
How much do I need to invest for an E-2 visa?+
There is no legal minimum, but in practice a credible E-2 file in Florida sits between $100K and $250K of at-risk capital, depending on the industry. We help you calibrate the investment envelope to the business model, not the other way around.
Where are you based and do you travel?+
Our office is in Sunny Isles, Miami. We meet clients across South Florida — Brickell, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples — and we travel to Europe and the Caribbean for onboarding and family relocations when needed.
Do you charge a package fee or an hourly rate?+
Both, depending on the scope. Company setup, E-2 support and real estate mandates are flat-fee. Ongoing operations, marketing and outsourced management are monthly retainers — always framed in a written engagement letter before we start.
Are you attorneys, CPAs or brokers yourselves?+
We are business advisors and licensed real estate professionals. For legal filings, tax returns and immigration petitions we work with our vetted network of Florida attorneys and CPAs, and we stay in the room end-to-end so nothing falls between the chairs.
How long does a Florida company setup take with AV&JO?+
An LLC is typically live within 7 to 10 business days, EIN included. A full turnkey opening — lease, build-out, licenses, staffing, marketing launch — usually runs 90 to 180 days depending on the industry.
